SALARY RANGE: $ 134,452 - $ 226,673 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

Nokia of America Corporation, Senior NPI Support Engineer (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX.Commission and integration of Nokia 5G products, support team strategy, and provide technical support to Nokia customers in various time zones. Coordinate with Nokia Research and Development (R&D) and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to introduce flagship products and marquee features to key North American Customers. Execute tests of key marquee features and flagship products with customer configuration testing of SW loads prior to delivery of SW/HW (software/hardware) to customer lab. Log collection and conduct issue investigation including initial log analysis to generate an associated pronto ticket for any faults discovered and send back to the R&D teams for correction. Conduct fault replication of issues identified in lab/field sites and escalate for additional support. Investigate and debug issues prior to delivery to customer lab/field sites. Provide end to end (E2E) supplemental support for testing new features and knowledge transfer of learnings from early integration and other service teams through written and oral communication. Engage in self-learning to keep self technically proficient via On-Job trainings, and Nokia learning and development hub trainings. #LI-DNI

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a related field, and 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive). Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in the following: Commissioning, integration, testing, and debugging 5G network technologies in both Classical and Cloud variant for SA (Standalone Architecture) and NSA (Non-Standalone Architecture) architecture; Analyzing and collecting 5G RAN and 5G Device logs to support network testing and technical issue investigation; Analyzing 3GPP call flows for SA and NSA 5G networks to investigate and troubleshoot issues; QXDM/QCAT; and Performing analysis and test case creation for testing new feature functionality.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 25%.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted, up to 40%.
