About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Heat Treat Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Prescott, AZ. The ideal candidate will support the operation, control, and monitoring of heat-treating processes and equipment while ensuring precision, quality, and safety. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operation, control, and monitoring of heat-treating and related equipment.
• Prepare customer-supplied parts for processing.
• Load and unload furnaces, bins, baskets, fixtures, and more.
• Follow written procedures on shop orders and customer paperwork.
• Monitor and adjust process control parameters.
• Conduct periodic inspections and ensure furnaces function properly.
• Repaint and label furnaces as necessary.
• Accurately clock in and out on work orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to stay on task during required hours.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience. Expected weekly hours: 40-50. We offer a competitive benefit package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.

The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements, among other factors.

Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time in Prescott, AZ. This position is not eligible for relocation.
