Primary Purpose:

Update the loan system based on documentation provided. Assists branches with inquiries regarding updates made to the loan and the functionality of the loan system.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assist branches with inquiries regarding maintenance performed on loan
  • Process renewals, modifications, maturity extensions and payment extensions, and all other maintenance submitted by branch personnel and loan operations
  • Have a base knowledge of the bank's general loan policy to ensure requested maintenance is within the guidelines of general loan policy.
  • Review loan documentation for proper completion on the Loan System
  • Process Charge Offs, Non-Accruals, Return to Accruals and Various Maintenance requests from Collections and SAG.
  • Process Rebooks and manual booking of loans


Job Specifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent



  • Excellent written and oral communication skills



  • Close attention to details and good organizational and analytical skills



  • Ability to adapt to changing environment as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and process changes



  • Loan documentation experience preferred
