Inside Sales Supervisor

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for inside sales support via the East or West territories aligned with Field Sales. This role will have oversight of the day-to-day Account Specialist activities and programs. Close and cooperative working relationships with customers, inside sales team, outside sales department and management, along with other departments within the company.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and supervise training process for new Account Specialists and provide on-going training for existing personnel.
  • Bi-weekly territory performance review.
  • Supervise Account Specialists utilization of CRM and sales tools and recommends opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct bi-monthly 1:1 coaching meeting with each member of their team
  • Recommend opportunities for improvement of inside sales technique or approach based on observations
  • Perform direct customer follow-up (including both verbal and written responses) on all difficult or unusual customer care issues
  • Be liaison for Account Specialists with the Regional Directors
  • Assure weekly meetings with Account Specialist and Account Manager
  • Other duties as assigned



More about you:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a direct sales capacity, preferably within the hearing aid industry
  • Effective verbal and written English communication and compelling sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen customer- and team-orientation
  • Must be good at building and maintaining relationships, and be able to lead by example
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability and commitment to follow up
  • Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with an ability to make sales and supervisory decisions based on customer needs and company policies
  • Self-starter, with a proven track record in sales
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) with a strong technical aptitude



A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $68K to 83K based on experience. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
