We are actively seeking a Mid-level CI Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) at their headquarters in Stafford, VA.

This position is contingent upon the customer's addition of billets to the program.



Responsibilities

    Produce all-source intelligence analysis products on foreign intelligence entities' capabilities, intentions, and potential threats to DoD personnel, resources, activities, and interests globally.
  • Conduct research and analysis on regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to DoD critical infrastructure, supply chains, emerging technologies, and technical threats.
  • Provide analytical support to senior officials, collectors, and operators across DoD, the Intelligence Community (IC), and law enforcement agencies to enhance DCSA's CI programs and mission objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets and recommend actionable intelligence products.


Qualifications

Security Clearance: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, trend analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Expertise in identifying trends, anomalies, and formulating actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting intelligence findings and writing reports.
  • Experience working with security and supply-related data systems such as NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, and ACCESS.
  • Ability to conduct effective research in both classified and unclassified environments (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Proven experience in strategic communications, including preparing briefings, reports, and leading conferences.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of foreign intelligence threats and counterintelligence methodologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.
