We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us support digital marketing strategies and tactics for future growth initiatives. As a Trex Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to partner with internal and external groups to execute digital marketing projects and play a key role in managing website content, enhancing user experience, and contributing to initiatives across our marketing technology platforms.

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Digital Marketing Team on a day-to-day basis with projects driven by technology and data, so a strong technical foundation and excellent attention to detail are ideal. You are able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of skillsets and personalities. You are comfortable supporting marketing objectives, identifying new projects, prioritization, identifying issues and tracking them to resolution, and implementing new campaigns across search, web, email, video and retargeting.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Assist in maintaining and updating Trex websites by ensuring accurate, engaging content and learning to implement SEO best practices.
  • Help manage and organize website imagery and video to ensure consistent branding and enhance the user experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, contributing to projects that promote the Trex brand and drive growth.
  • Monitor website performance under guidance, gather insights, and support efforts to improve traffic, engagement, and search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with the content team to publish and optimize articles on the website, aligning with SEO strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in email marketing efforts, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of marketing emails.
  • Help create and launch landing pages to support campaigns, lead generation, and product introductions.
  • Work with external partners to support website traffic growth, engagement, and awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support updates to digital assets, including websites, landing pages, emails, and videos, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist IT and digital teams with troubleshooting website performance issues and executing testing for digital campaigns.
  • Support SEO and analytics efforts by helping to track site performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.



EXPERIENCE

We are looking for individuals with a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media or related field and basic knowledge of website CMS platforms, and SEO and web optimization tools. If you have previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Magento, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we want to hear from you.
