Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability, staff engagement and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Monitor and support sales associates while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Evaluate store performance and make operational decisions, such as temporarily adjusting store hours to align with profitability goals Conduct daily property walks to ensure smooth operations and identify opportunities for improvement Onboard and train new team members, focusing on sales strategies and techniques Coach employees on day-to-day processes and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance Manage back-end operations like inventory transfers, vendor returns, and product check-ins Analyze key performance data, such as profit and loss (P&L) statements, to identify trends and opportunities Leverage systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Oracle, and Workday for operational excellence Implement and maintain cost control procedures, including minimizing shrink and monitoring inventory levels to support financial success and store profitability Take ownership of store operations, including visual merchandising standards, stockroom organization, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment Develop a highly engaged, valued and effective team by practice of observations, coaching, feedback sessions and recognition Cultivate premium guest experiences and improve selling techniques, maximizing sales opportunitiesto achieve store goals by Execute the S.H.O.W. service basics to reinforce the company's culture and deliver an exceptional guest experience
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Currently holds or is willing to obtain a TAM Card 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in a retail setting High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience Possesses prior leadership experience in a retail setting, preferably within a hotel or resort Has a flexible schedule and can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Maintains a polished and professional appearance Has prior experience with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Workday, or Oracle Bilingual
