JOB TITLE: Global Human Resources Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Global Human Resources Manager works independently to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy for aligned clients on a global scale. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to meet and support changing and ongoing business needs. This role demands a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and an empathetic leader who can navigate the complexities of a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. This role will support Finance, Legal and Digital Transformation teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and align HR initiatives with organizational needs.
  • Accountable for overall management of the Human Resource function, a customer group, and the associates who operate within the customer group.
  • Collaborate with HR teams in various regions to standardize policies, processes, and practices while accounting for local cultural nuances and legal requirements.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace that values and respects individual differences and promotes a sense of belonging.
  • Leads projects, or segments of projects, assuring their integration within Human Resources, the business, and corporation, as appropriate.
  • Evaluates and establishes plans to develop strategic capabilities needed to support organization in the future. Understands current talent strengths and opportunities and provides guidance for professional development and succession planning for customer groups.
  • Makes recommendations to management regarding HR related initiatives, program changes, and effective cost reducing strategies.
  • Provides expertise and coaching in areas that may have legal implications.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participates in organizational development ensuring that systems and resources are aligned to support long term business goals.
  • Leads employee relations efforts, investigates and address workplace concerns, conflicts, and facilitating resolutions to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensures that Human Resources participates at a peer level on major business initiatives, significantly influencing the design and outcome of non-HR business issues.
  • Accountable for decisions with HR implications within the business or business segment, considering and ensuring appropriate process and linkages across businesses.



OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • May serve on various Business/Corporate committees dealing with topics such as benefits, policies, worker's compensation, talent management, and reward systems.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
  • Master's degree or HR certification preferred.



Experience

Minimum 10 years experience



  • Experience in design, planning, and implementation of innovative Human Resource and other business plans and programs.



Skills



  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and projects.
  • Ability to demonstrate and establish collaborative working relationships with all levels within the organization in addition to working with external customers when necessary.
  • Requires in-depth working knowledge and understanding of various areas of Human Resources such as Associate Relations, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, and associate training and organizational development.
  • Requires strong analytical skills, ability to identify, define, and solve problems rapidly, and to think and plan strategically.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Requires an in-depth understanding of human motivation and the ability to influence decision making in all functions and levels of the organization.
  • Requires an in-depth understanding, knowledge, and interpretive ability regarding policies and procedures and the ability to apply solutions creatively within or outside of guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of global HR trends, labor laws, and regulations across various regions.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization. Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced and evolving global environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect HR initiatives to overall business outcomes.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:$108,300.00to$135,300.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

Target Bonus on Base:15.0%
