Iatric Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an Asset Coordinator. This position reports to the Asset Lead and is responsible for executing the manufacturing strategy that optimize the utilization of all manufacturing assets and resources at the Morristown Facility. This position is accountable for the results of assigned assets.

Competitive Wages Expected pay range $26.50 - $32.00 (based on experience and education/Shift Differentials $1.00 for Night Shift
Overtime available

You will work 15 days per month. We are a 24/7 facility with a 12 hr rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

JOB SUMMARY: Provides day-to-day direction to hourly associates on assigned lines, cells or work centers on a shift to ensure product is made to specification and that assigned associates adhere to all safety, quality, and productivity standards.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  • Coordinates production activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.
  • Ensure teams meet manufacturing standard for output, labor, and waste targets.
  • Monitors production processes and methods to insure proper handling of products and equipment.
  • Monitors and ensures that equipment is properly maintained.
  • Ensures associates follow Safety and cGMP company policies.
  • Daily assigns production associates to work area (staffing).
  • Responsible for the training of new hires and temps and on-going coaching for performance.
  • Participates in performance evaluations and counseling of production associates.
  • Monitors time & attendance payroll punches for subordinates.
  • Ensures work orders are properly closed, entering hours and quantities, lot of the day.
  • Investigate/document accident reports (work with Safety Coordinator). Document near miss opportunities.
  • Fill in for Asset Lead in their absence.

  • Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)

Internal - High School or GED and 2 years of production operations experience with 1 year of demonstrated leadership competency (i.e., Back-up Line Lead, problem solving, effective interpersonal skills)

External - High School or GED and 2 years of production operations experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.



  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
