Job Overview

TDB Communications is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (High Volume) for our Chester, VA office. This role is responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and assisting with full lifecycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding for both non-exempt and exempt level staff. The manager will develop strong working relationships with their specialist team as well as various other teams utilizing numerous techniques including high volume sourcing, social media platforms, attending/conducting virtual hiring fairs, etc.

Job Responsibilities

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 PM

- Location: Hybrid (on-site location: Chester, VA)

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and ensure recruiting goals are met

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies

- Regularly meetings with Sr. Management and present recruiting plan and goals

- Partner with business leaders to scope open positions and determine what a successful candidate will look like
- Engage in and oversee the execution of full lifecycle of recruiting, from job requisition to onboarding

- Proactively and continuously develop a pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing multiple strategies (job boards, online databases, social media, Boolean searches, etc.)

- Network to develop and maintain strong working relationships with community organizations to maintain a successful partnership

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience required

- 1+ years of people management experience required

- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards required

- Strong ability to communicate, both verbally and written, on complex or sensitive issues required

Salary: $57,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
