Job Description: This position is excellent for a candidate who is ready to apply personal and professional initiative while representing the Worldwide Center for Career and Professional Development. The position assists the Executive Director and Associate Director of the Worldwide Career Center in developing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives and operations related to Career Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with student career planning, team operations, development of activities, and the administrative processing of student applications for the Co-op/Internships (COIN) Program.
  • Supporting the implementation and management of Handshake, the ERAU Career Services software platform system, for Worldwide students, alumni, and staff.
  • Helping plan and execute Worldwide Industry/Career Expos in various modalities, as well as assisting with graduation-related activities.
  • Assessing, tracking, and providing career-related resources and services, including career and interview preparation and resume building.
  • Collaborating with the Daytona Beach and Prescott Career Services Offices, the ERAU Alumni Association, the Office of Professional Education, and related internal departments.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of related professional experience

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Experience working with non-traditional students and in various learning modalities
  • Ability to apply interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in Higher Education positions
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
