*Loan Workout Specialist* *Location:* West Des Moines, IA (On-site)
*Placement Type and Duration:* Contract, 52 weeks *Pay:* $22 - $23./hour *Key Responsibilities:* * Review legal documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with state requirements * Validate judgments and complaints as needed * Perform quality assurance checks before submitting documents to legal partners * Ensure proper notarization of documents * Manage document testing and processing *Must-Have Skills:* * Knowledge of collection law and civil litigation procedures * Experience in quality assurance or paralegal work * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams * Basic understanding of credit card processes *Preferred Qualifications:* * Paralegal certification (preferred but not required) * 1+ year of relevant professional experience *Work Environment and Benefits:* * On-site, 5 days a week (first shift) * Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, disability coverage, and more If you meet the qualifications, you will hear from a TEKsystems recruiter within 3 business days. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.13 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
