DNV - Energy Management's Technology department is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team. The Product Manager will support DNV's downstream rebate programs by managing and enhancing applications designed for utility customers and contractors. These solutions enable auditors to conduct energy assessments and generate actionable recommendations while streamlining rebate application systems for energy efficiency, EV chargers, and distributed generation products. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering impactful software tools that improve customer and contractor experiences, drive adoption of clean energy technologies, and ensure alignment with program goals.

This role is based at our DNV office in Houston, TX, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either aDNV office or client location/site. • Manage sprints & epics by developing user stories and acceptance criteria, estimate effort in collaboration with development teams, set priorities with input from clients and stakeholders, and oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing
• Work with customers and the product team to collect feedback and iterate
• Deliver best in class clean energy products
• Support existing tools, identify enhancements, track and promote usage across company, and develop training materials
