As the Sr. Director, AI, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for productizing and scaling AI solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. This role will require deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI trends while maintaining a focus on building agentic workflows and delivering business impact. The ideal candidate will have product management experience, be proficient in Python, and have a track record of leading technical teams in fast-paced environments. What You'll Do In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI models, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. You will lead the AI product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable business impact. As a hands-on technical leader, you will code and troubleshoot solutions while mentoring junior staff. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government stakeholders to align AI initiatives with go-to-market strategies, ethical AI practices, and regulatory requirements. You will drive innovation, ensure AI solutions are impactful, and represent MetroStar at industry events and client meetings to maintain thought leadership in the AI space.
