Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Director of National Intelligence's National Intelligence Community Awards (NICA) Program.
- Organize and facilitate National Intelligence Awards Review Board meetings and NICA ceremonies.
- Maintain group email distribution lists, take meeting minutes, and draft meeting summaries.
- Engage with stakeholders from all 18 IC agencies and the White House.
- Lead coordination with a variety of internal offices, including facilities, protocol, pre-publication review, strategic communications, and graphics.
- Review award nomination packages for completeness and quality control; work with submitting parties to remedy incomplete packages.
- Engage with external vendors to procure awards.
- Conduct detailed inventories of awards.
- Provide records management support to maintain organized team files.
- Provide project management support and track status of projects to meet deadlines.
- Learn and use customer-specific applications for award nominations, visitor requests, reservations, invoicing, and other internal services.
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions on the NICA nomination and approvals process.
- Create briefing material, talking points, placemat summaries, and other deliverables as needed.
- Draft standard operating procedures, workflows, and other program documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience providing administrative and logistical support in the IC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience or Master's +3 or no degree and 9 years of experience.
- TS/SCI with poly.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with awards, commendations, or other formal recognition programs.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and engaging with multiple IC agencies.
- Prior administrative support to an interagency board, committee, or working group.
- Event planning and logistics experience.
- Project and records management support experience.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
