Integrated Mental Health Therapist/Clinical Counselor

The Integrated Therapist works with patients, families, care givers, and health care team members in partnership with the community to help patients achieve optimal health goals. This person will provide patients with support, education, referrals, and resources through comprehensive, coordinated, patient and family-centered care. The Integrated Therapist provides culturally appropriate, non-judgmental, compassionate care while maintaining professional accountability and engaging in continuous quality improvement.

Work Schedule: Flexible days/hours Monday - Friday. 16 hrs. weekly / .4 FTE This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Required Qualifications:



  • Master's in social work from a CSWE accredited program OR master's in counseling.
  • Clinical therapy experience with individuals and families.
  • State of Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prefer 2-3 years' experience
  • Working knowledge of, and experience with, family systems theory, individual and family counseling, brief therapy models, and trauma-informed care practices.
