Job Description Primary Location: Albuquerque, New MexicoWorks as member of corporate Marketing Management Team to develop and execute corporate marketing and sales programs at the field level to support business objectives. Such programs will include, but not limited to product sampling; incentives and promotions; planning, organizing and executing supplier activities; pricing programs and training for local sales teams.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A.)from four-year college or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must meet company driver qualifications. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts and basic math functions. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proficient in basic computer skills, including data retrieval from host computer and personal computer software applications for work processing, spreadsheets, and presentation. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and promote a positive business image with customers, sales centers, and suppliers. Must also be available to work extended and non-traditional hours. Ability to travel for extended time to work the market. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
