Manages PMR front office workflow processes and PMR Secretaries and oversees PMR Office Volunteers. Provides support as needed to PMR Director. Serves as point person for statistics reporting and account correction requests from other Departments.


Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
Hospital Experience
Supervisory Experience Required
Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Publisher.
Proficient in KeckCare
Knowledgeable in Kronos, payroll practices, hiring, counseling and resignation processes.
Able to take a management role in the absence of the Director.
Able to interview, orient and process new hire paperwork.
Required License/Certification:BLS Certification via the American Heart Association

The hourly rate range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00.
