MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Assists the Director in coordinating and executing the day-to-day activities associated with fundraising efforts and community events.

2. Directly supervises the activities of volunteers with authority to oversee development and training, and conducts performance appraisals.

3. Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.

4. Coordinates and implements office services such as purchasing, records control, projects and budget accounting operations.

5. Analyzes unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, creating new systems or revising established procedures.

6. Interprets and communicates operating policies.

7. Coordinates collection and preparation of financial and operations reports.

8. Responsible for researching, updating and maintaining thedepartmentsdonor management system.

9. Proactively represents a positive hospital image by clearly communicating the Hospital's mission through building alliances with internal/external audiences.

5. Ability to exercise administrative judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
