You will develop and execute the Salesforce platform vision and strategy in alignment with Bloomberg Industry Group's enterprise business objectives. You will closely collaborate with senior leaders and key business stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and engineering to establish and maintain the delivery roadmap in alignment with the strategy. You will act as the champion and advocate for Salesforce best practices, in close collaboration with engineering. You will lead a team of Salesforce Product Managers to define and document business requirements, data requirements and definitions, and help guide development activities using an agile methodology.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute the Salesforce product vision and strategy in alignment with enterprise business objectives. Define business case (ROI) to champion resourcing required to deliver on strategy and vision.
  • Lead the Salesforce product team to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer (internal and external) experience and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior executives, and stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer service, finance, and engineering to ensure Salesforce initiatives are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce to ensure alignment with best practices and delivery of agreed upon business outcomes.
  • Uncover real problems and unpack sophisticated ideas to a variety of audiences, from engineering to senior executives, while displaying excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with other systems and processes.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving customer (external and internal) engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory requirements and data security standards. Implement best practices for data governance and privacy.

You Need to Have:

  • BA/BS, in technology related areas, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, experience and certification.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience in product or platform management roles with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
  • 7+ years in a technical product management role, guiding strategy and execution of product development.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization.
  • Relevant Salesforce/Product Management certifications strongly desired.
