Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives to support business success. The focus includes Succession Planning, Talent Pool/Pipeline Management, Change Management, and Career Path Development through competencies. The role requires building effective, trust-based relationships with business leaders and HR Partners to understand business needs and deliver impactful talent solutions. The position involves working in complex, ambiguous situations and facilitating the development of organizational talent. Occasional travel to TDIndustries offices will be required for facilitating trainings.

Essential Duties

    Collaborates with key stakeholders to create and execute organizational and talent development strategies, including Succession Planning and Career Development.
  • Identifies talent trends and behaviors to develop competency-based development models and processes for key leadership roles.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on competency-based development, creating talent and skills matrices for critical roles/functions and linking talent outcomes to performance and rewards.
  • Partners with HR to manage the internal 360-feedback process.
  • Facilitates local programs, including instructor training, quality monitoring, and effectiveness evaluation (e.g., Heartstyles & Catch the Spirit).
  • Models leadership and coaches Partners to support their development.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Designs systems to manage the movement and placement of internal talent, manage talent pools, and track talent pipelines.
  • Develops methods for measuring the effectiveness of Talent Management programs and maintaining records.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting complex organizational development initiatives.
  • Proficient in talent management systems.
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex issues into practical solutions.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Knowledge of competency modeling and training development.
  • Expertise in organizational and behavioral change management.
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills.
  • Proficient in workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and build stakeholder consensus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in organizational or enterprise project management.
  • Familiarity with change management principles (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Model) preferred.
  • Consulting experience is preferred.
  • Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification is preferred.
