Create, implement, and review the stock Production Plan, including new tissue culture material, and waste management. Manage farm space allocation for all crops. Manage new order fulfilment Responsible for managing and communicating yield data to the site stake holders through the data systems. Provide improved estimates of yield indexes in concert with the Growing, Operations and Planning teams based on stock performance history. Ensure that stored inventory is enough to meet customer expectations. Ensure operational productivity and budgetary considerations.

Duties:

  • Responsible for management of short and midterm production planning in concert with farm plan for all crops in line with the agreed plan with the supply and production planners.
  • Coordinate with the supply and production planners on all planning aspects and timely communication to mitigate any deviation from plan.
  • Work with the supply planner to agree on production volumes and supply plan scenarios based on farm space and starter material availability to support the demand plan.
  • Manage all processes associated with staying on production plan with the operations team, communicate if there is deviation.
  • Develop KPIs for the all crops and monitor cost of production.
  • Update production plan daily to balance planned versus actual following daily operation activities.

Qualifications

  • Assist in the management (creation and modification) of all W.O.W.s' associated with the area of responsibility. Ensuring that all procedures and processes are accurate and up to date.
  • Adherence to all applicable HSES and other corporate policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Supervise employees and other third-party personnel as required.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet plant or site needs.
  • Participate in all process improvement activities and support the objectives to ensure yearly goals are achieved.
