Job Summary:

The Market Development Analyst is a pivotal member of the team at ArchWell Health, supporting the coordination and management of high-profile multivariable projects including new center launches and market expansions. This role will coordinate with various internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with construction timelines to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:




  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of center launches by assisting in setting project related deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Monitor project scope and crucial paths, identifying potential barriers and escalating to leadership to make schedule adjustments
  • Assist in the completion, submittal, tracking, and renewal of all applications associated with licensure/permits and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist with on-site center setup, transition tasks and turnover to market leadership
  • Provide post go-live support for market colleagues and other lines of business as necessary



Required Skills/Abilities:




  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds to assist with on-site center setup



Minimum Qualifications:




  • Bachelors' Degree (preferred), or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in project coordination, construction coordination, or similar role required
  • Experience in consulting, managed care, and/or healthcare provider/payer settings (preferred)
