We are seeking a motivated and creative Global Sales Specialist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in commercially related projects in the very international context within a fast-paced environment. While basic expectations for this position are outlined below, there is opportunity to take on increased responsibility depending on the capabilities and interests of the candidates.

This role will be located in Cary, NC and operate on a 4 day in office, one day work from home schedule.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: prepare monthly sales pipeline meetings with the regional sales manager by managing scheduling, create and issue the agenda, prepare the presentation material, issue meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Support the account managers in keeping the pipeline up to date.
  • Sales Process: assist the regional sales teams with the transition from CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) to Salesforce, in alignment with the Group's guidance, by assisting in the deployment of specifically designed training tools.
  • Meeting Coordination: support the Global Sales Manager in the preparation and follow-up of recurrent and ad-hoc, internal and external meetings by collecting and documenting relevant data, preparing presentations, draft meeting minutes and keeping track of action items.
  • General Organizational and Reporting Support: lead the improvement of the Sales & Marketing Sharepoint organization, data analysis and reporting.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or other business related field.

  • Basic understanding of business practices and project management
  • Familiarity with Business Development and Marketing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRMs and reporting tools such as Salesforce and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Goal oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in an international context
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast paced setting
