Role: Senior Sales Manager - Enterprise, Benelux
Drive Growth. Build Elite Teams. Shape the Next Era of Cybersecurity.

This isn't just a quota-carrying leadership role - it's arare opportunity to architect a premier enterprise sales engine for Cloudflare in the Benelux region. Reporting directly to the Area VP, you'll lead both our Named and Major Accounts teams in the Netherlands, driving strategy, hiring top talent, and scaling revenue while preserving the high-performance culture we're known for.

This role is for builders, not maintainers. You'll lead from the front, designing GTM strategies, coaching A-player teams, and forging executive relationships to bring Cloudflare's full value to the region's most complex and influential customers.


What You'll Own

  • Build & Scale a Team of A-Players - Recruit, onboard, and develop enterprise sellers who consistently exceed quota.

  • Lead from the Front - Drive strategic account planning, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and big-deal execution.

  • Craft & Own the Market - Define the enterprise playbook for the Benelux, from territory design to C-suite engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to deliver transformative outcomes.

  • Be the Region's Voice - Represent Cloudflare at conferences, industry events, and executive forums.

  • Set a Culture of Excellence - Instill high standards, accountability, and inclusion in everything your team does.



Your Superpowers

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Leader with 7+ years of experience managing and scaling teams in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.

  • Consistent Overachiever - Track record of exceeding quota with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Strategic Connector - Adept at engaging and influencing C-level decision makers.

  • Tech Fluent - Comfortable discussing enterprise networking and security (Zero Trust, SASE, or SD-WAN knowledge is a plus).

  • Builder's Mindset - Thrive in hypergrowth environments, bias toward action, and love solving unstructured challenges.

  • Coach & Culture Champion - Known for developing talent, inspiring teams, and sustaining high performance.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; able to travel within EMEA as needed.
