Summary:

Oversee direct operational functions of the license company to be in regulatory compliance.

Responsible for growth/development of license company to increase market share as well as VIP Program.

Position Responsibilities:

* Oversee direct operational function of license company which include entire services.

* Attend system-wide marketing events/community events to grow license volume and extend assignments as required/regulatory manager.

* Responsible for internal/external customer/patient service.

* Works directly with billing manager to ensure private services are timely billed & collected.

* Meet regulatory compliance for state/federal & JCAHO standards.

* Cover for team managers as well as clinical supervision of team and as needed basis as well as on call rotation and holiday rotation.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

3 years of Home Care Experience and 2 years of Supervisory.

Required Education:

Bachelor degree required.

MSN preferred in health related field.

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

Specialty Certification.

CPR certified.

Registered Nurse-NJ License required.
