  • Detail Oriented
  • Great communication both written and verbal
  • Relational Database exp.
  • Daily tasks/duties and department interactions: The daily tasks include but not limited to applying quality principles, analyzing quality records, tracking and trending review, preparing reports and recommending process improvements
  • Document quality issues and complaint investigation summary for no product returned (NPR). Review Device History Record (DHR) and identify non-conformance and/or deviation reported.
  • Monthly or quarterly metrics the candidate will be measured on: Candidates are measured based on set goals including Timeliness metrics met for NPR, QMS training, audit readiness, NPR process improvements and collaboration and team works with cross functionals including CAPA Team, etc.
  • Familiarity with Relational Databases like LUNA or Trackwise ~ Nice to have but not required.


Education:

* Required education level/certifications: Bachelor's degree

* Years' of experience required: 1 to 2 years in a quality systems, quality assurance, quality specialist or quality control type of position.

An engineering background and is open to only 1 year of experience if have been working in a Quality type position.
