The Commercial Relationship Specialist will provide administrative and relationship support to the Commercial Banking team through the loan closing and relationship management process, which includes completing loan preparation, review, documentation and funding, and providing deposit support to the team. The team may include Business Segment Leader, Team Leaders, Relationship Managers (RMs), Portfolio Managers (PMs), Commercial Relationship Specialist Leads/Manager, and other Commercial Banking team members. Assist the RMs and PMs with monitoring and managing the ongoing life of a loan portfolio including the handling of client's financial reporting. Review reporting to ensure proper entries are made in the bank systems (CoreBank, Ambit, Stucky, SalesPro etc) and work with other team members to resolve any potential issues. May have specialized knowledge and system access depending on the line of business supported. Ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements. Work directly with business customers, outside counsel, and business partners to address needs, solve problems and provide superior customer service. This person will also:
