Electrical Engineer Intern to join our

Lake City, MN!
Our internship will run for approximately 12 weeks during the summer of 2025. This is a paid internship at $24.00 per hour.
Each summer HHT interns receive a project (or two!) for the summer and work directly with a mentor for technical and professional guidance. Throughout the summer, professional development sessions are provided for interns including opportunities to learn from and network with senior leadership.
As an Electrical Engineer Intern, your projects will be focused on aiding in the design and development of our Fireplace and Stove controls including circuitry surrounding ignition, AC / DC motor control, and flame sensing capability.
There will also be time spent with appliance peripheral device and interface design including BLE / Wi-Fi communication, HMI development, and power consumption logic.
What it takes:
* Pursuing a four-year degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, completing Sophmore or Junior year * Strong leadership characteristics reflected in school or work environments
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Strong communication skills
