Immigration Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Immigration Coordinator to join our client's Immigration Team. 100% Remote. This role is pivotal in supporting the client's immigration program, involving various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations. The client is a global leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, driving breakthroughs in technology to enhance performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain data integrity within immigration systems.
• Support inquiries related to business visas.
• Assist with employment verification and prepare business travel letters.
• Manage and maintain immigration-related software and databases.
• Monitor and manage the immigration inbox, responding to inquiries and directing messages appropriately.
• Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring all supporting documentation is up-to-date.
• Open and close records or cases as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, client meetings, and conference calls.
• Ensure deadlines are met and communicate the progress, status, and any issues related to cases.
• Follow up with team members to collect outstanding documentation.
• Conduct routine monitoring of cases and update the status as necessary.
• Create and maintain electronic files for easy retrieval and reference.
• Keep client information updated in the database.
• Undertake independent projects related to immigration.
• Track and monitor case statuses and expiration dates.
• Draft routine correspondence to clients.
• Provide general administrative support to the immigration team.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Immigration Coordinator, paralegal, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with immigration processes and procedures is an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
