RAPP New York is looking for a Senior Experience Strategist to join our award-winning Experience Strategy team.

YOUR ROLE: The Sr. Experience Strategist will be a critical driver of client success across a growing Healthcare and pharma vertical. This role is ideal for a dynamic thinker who can balance strategic expertise in healthcare with insights and practices from diverse industries to deliver holistic, human-centered experiences. The Sr. Experience Strategist will collaborate across teams to design and execute strategies that are data-driven, customer-centric, and innovative. This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
