Overview

The CMBI Experiences Project Manager is responsible for assessing, managing, and executing projects within the Children's Mercy Berry Institute. This position serves as the Communications & Marketing Department's primary point of contact to the CMBI. This

Responsibilities

    Work with CMBI team members and stakeholders to define and manage project scopes, goals, and deliverables for the Berry Institute.
  • Assist with creating a streamlined onboarding approach at CM.
  • Work with CMBI leadership and the Marketing and Communications Department to create an integrated marketing campaign to raise awareness about CMBI offerings for team members and external parties:
  • - Partner with CMBI teams, to help guide communications, copy and materials development that is ?on-brand? relative to design, messaging and tone. Provide direction to creative and design team, when needed. Responsible for final review, proof and approval


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience Proven experience as a project manager. Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.; Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking required.; Digital marketing and social media experience preferred.; Non-profit marketing or communications experience preferred.; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $29.54/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.



Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
