TITLE: Janitor B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To ensure Total Housekeeping Maintenance (THM) program (including product safety requirements) is in place and active in all areas of operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good oral/written communication skills
• Ability to operate floor buffer
• Handle chemicals safely

• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning duties in accordance with Master Cleaning Schedule
• Complete daily timeline
• Identify, correct, and/or report areas needing housekeeping and/or repair
• Other duties/responsibilities deemed necessary by Safety Supervisor
• Comply with company recycling policy
• Comply with all Plant Safety and Product Safety requirements
• Overtime as necessary

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot)
• Loud noise
