Job Summary Job Summary: Working as a Production Manager for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! The purpose of this job is to oversee production specific culinary functions for an assigned area within an account. You may manage a team of associates focusing on culinary and production standards, purchasing, inventory, food cost, safety and sanitation.
