TEKsystems is looking for Imaging Technicians who have experience in processing PC and Thin client backups for one of our clients based out of Jeffersonville, IN. This is for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift. (7am - 3 pm; 2 pm - 11 pm; 11 pm -7:00 am) for the following dates: January 29th through February 3rd Go Live event only. oProblems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex oCommunicates activities and issues within process that may be relevant to IT team *Skills* desktop, windows, Support, Troubleshooting, Hardware, Windows 10, Mac, Asset inventory, Customer service, technical support, imaging software, Imaging, Deployment, Asset management *Top Skills Details* desktop,windows,Support,Troubleshooting,Hardware,Windows 10,Mac,Asset inventory,Customer service,technical support,imaging software *Additional Skills & Qualifications* oExcels at creating a comfortable, personalized support experience for users in person, over the phone, and through written communication oIs intimately familiar with the equipment (PCs and peripherals) of their designated project oProvides users with personalized deskside assistance oCommunicates and informs (updates, changes) oMonitors and respond to changes in technology and user needs oCategorizes tickets per recommendations to allow for consistent reporting within ITSM software oDocumenting, revising, and maintaining internal procedures and customer-facing knowledge *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
