Position Summary The Advanced Concepts Designer is responsible for creating innovative product designs in accordance with the strategic plans of the Product Development department. The Advanced Concepts Design team is the creative engine of the New Era brand. This team is consistently in the marketplace and focused on delivering new headwear concepts that engage current and new consumer segments. Advanced Concepts Designers are consistently executing design deliverables for key brand driver products. This position executes all design needs per go-to-market project in accordance with direction from the Advanced Concepts Design Director. The Advanced Concepts Designer will be expected to draw inspiration from their dynamic living environment by immersing themselves in their surrounding culture. First-hand market research of evolving trends will inform product designs. The location for this position is remote, based in NYC. The candidate will need to reside in New York, NY and travel to New Era Global Headquarters located in Buffalo, NY as needed. Responsibilities

The salary range for this posted position is $90,000 - $130,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and may be adjusted based on local markets.
