Clariant is currently looking for a Business Support, Customer Service Coordinator to support the Care Chemicals business unit in Mt. Holly, North Carolina. The Business Support and Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing support and guidance for the Sales Team and Customer Service Team to ensure exceptional customer service. This role also involves supporting internal business processes, coordinating with various departments (i.e., Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics), to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order-to-cash cycle. This position will work directly with the Customer Service team to take ownership of customer issues and provide support. They will also guarantee support for the Sales team regarding operational tasks for routine account management such as pricing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and other support topics. Responsibilities

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of better customer service practices

* Assist Customer Service Representatives with maintaining relevant pricing for customers, sales support, onboarding, training, and customer relationship management

* Provide feedback to management on customer issues and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience

* Support the Business with customer visits, attending tradeshows, and customer calls

* Initial point of contact for Customer Service when additional assistance is needed in resolving issues, such as logistics challenges or late deliveries.

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues that may arise

* Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and customer pricing

Requirements

* HS diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred

* 7+ years in Customer Management / Service role

* Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Processes

* Detailed knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Lean Manufacturing Principles

* Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP) or equivalent planning modules

* Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite products

* Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced environment
