Overview Appointment Type: Full-Time Regular (FTR) Location: Oak Ridge, TN (Hybrid) *Salary Range: $71,552 - $99,528 This position will be required to work in the office in Oak Ridge, TN a minimum of 2 days per week. PURPOSE: The Operations Technologist is responsible for working with STEM Workforce Development (WD) staff to identify and govern implementation of key technological advancements that will increase efficiency and reduce operational constraints. The Operations Technologist will be involved in cross-organizational efforts, leading technological improvement projects from ideation through implementation, and training of program staff. Responsibilities Technology and Resource Integration:
Leads collaboration across STEM WD teams collecting feedback to identify process improvements to ensure quality deliverables are provided to meet both internal and external teams' needs.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, scientific, technical, education, or related field and 6-9 years of job-related experience is required. A master's degree is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience requiring similar knowledge, skills, abilities, and performing duties as described may be substituted for the minimum requirements (a master's degree and 4 years' experience, associate's degree and 10 years of experience, or high school diploma and 14 years of experience). The successful candidate will have a strong record of achievement and performance in leadership, program management, and supporting staff.
