Job Summary: Reporting to the Camp Director, the Camp Retreats Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementation of all community partner retreats and field trips at Camp Whitcomb/Mason. The Camp Retreats Coordinator supervises year-round AmeriCorps volunteers, a seasonal team of program AmeriCorps members and volunteers. The Camp Retreats Coordinator is responsible for retreats daily operations with the primary focus for scheduling, food service coordination with caterer, service delivery, quote preparation, and customer service to community partners. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but peaks high during all-camp functions and meals.
