The Silver Edge team is hiring engineers to join an agile and diverse team that implements and supports Azure Local and DHI for our US Government Customers. The Silver Edge team is looking for a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer who can partner effectively with multi-functional teams to drive reliability, scalability, and client satisfaction. As a Silver Edge Site Reliability Engineer you will deploy and maintain Azure Local cloud infrastructure, identify areas of improvement for customer experience, and help facilitate US Government use cases of Azure Local and the advanced applications that it can support. ResponsibilitiesMaintain Azure Service reliability including deployment, availability, security, performance and customer satisfaction for sovereign environments Support customer deployments and use of Azure Local and Azure Local disconnected operations Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management partners to proactively identify and reduce customer issues through design, testing and implementation of software-based solutions Drive efficiencies through root cause analysis resulting in service delivery, maturity, and scalability | |
