The work housed here supports and augments the groundbreaking research conducted in HHMI labs across the nation. Summary: The Conference & Events Production Lead partners with operational teams to plan and successfully execute all production aspects of multi-day conferences and events, bringing client visions to life and showcasing HHMI's commitment to excellence. This role drives logistical strategy across departments and campuses, assisting organizers with event requirements and technology design. Success in this strategic, hands-on role requires exceptional interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills. This position is full-time and reports to HHMI headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD five days a week. The person in this role will need to be flexible in scheduling since some events go beyond traditional work hours and occasionally happen on weekends. What we provide:

Compensation Range $78,209.60 (minimum) - $97,762.00 (midpoint) - $127,090.60 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers.
