Job Title: Rehab Therapy Manager Location: 10700 Charter Drive, Suite 205, Columbia, MD 21044 Position Summary: The Rehabilitation Therapy Manager plays a pivotal role within the Rehabilitation Therapy Services Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Rehabilitation Therapy Services, this individual will oversee clinical and administrative activities for a subdivision of the department. Responsibilities include developing and implementing new programs, supervising a team of professionals and non-professionals, and providing direct patient care in alignment with PM&R standards. This role also represents the unit/clinic in interactions with other clinical and ancillary departments, working collaboratively to achieve superior patient and team outcomes. The Rehab Therapy Manager ensures departmental goals align with the hospital's mission, promotes continuous improvement, and may act as the Inpatient Rehabilitation Manager in their absence. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
