About This Role
Are you passionate about program development, event coordination, and making an impact in higher education? The KAWSE (Kansas Association for Women in Science and Engineering) team is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Program/Project Manager. This role is instrumental in supporting students, faculty, and the community through innovative programming, collaborative events, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Program and Event Coordination (45%)
Program Administration (20%)
Community Outreach (10%)
Constituent Communication (10%)
Supervision (15%)
About Us The K-State Office for the Advancement of Women in Science and Engineering is a part of the Office of Access and Opportunity and works to increase the participation, retention and advancement of girls and women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. The office serves as home of the ADVANCE, SUCCEED, EXCITE! and GROW programs.
