Job Title: Production Assembler Location with zip code: 9801 Muirlands Boulevard, Irvine, CA- 92618 Duration: 6 Months+ (CTH Shift: 1^st (Monday to Friday) Salary: $17.59/hr. - $22/hr. on W2 without benefits Job Description: On a production basis, performs medium mechanical assembly work. Variable type of job. Often makes simple decisions but must follow established precedents. Works under general supervision and has some responsibility for work output. Role & Responsibilities: Good understanding of products and processes. Able to troubleshoot assembly issues with support from supervision & able to work a variety of tasks. Assemble machined parts Apply mechanical assembly skills. Riveting, hydraulics, bonding and torque assembly tasks. Read blueprints and work instructions. Perform failure analyses; troubleshoot mechanical failures with support from supervision. Rework parts to print per instructions. Able to work on a variety of tasks. Non-Essential Duties: Facility maintenance as requested. Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 2 to 6 years related experience and/or training. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Interactions: Will be required to interface and relate well with all employees and multiple departments and levels within the Company. Position requires strong teamwork/cooperative abilities, as well as the ability to work independently. May interact with other department members within the Company, such as Quality, Production Control and Engineering personnel. Tools/Equipment Used On The Job: Must be able to use hand tools and be mechanically incline.
