We are seeking an expert Dynatrace specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynatrace AppMon and domain expertise in Provider. This remote role requires a proactive individual who canoptimallytively in a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our infrastructure and ensuring flawless operations.

**Dynatrace Solution Design:**

• Architect and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various environments.
• Develop and maintain standard methodologies for Dynatrace deployment and configuration.

**Monitoring and Performance Optimization:**

• Design and configure dashboards, alerts, and reports to supervise application performance and infrastructure health.
• Apply Dynatrace to identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

**Data Integration and Analysis:**

• Integrate Dynatrace with other monitoring tools and data sources.
• Analyse performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

**Teamwork and Support:**

• Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand monitoring requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to team members on Dynatrace functionalities.

**Continuous Improvement:**

• Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and advancements.
• Continuously improve supervising processes and methodologies.

• Possess a solid background in Dynatrace AppMon with hands-on experience in implementation and optimization.
• Have domain expertise in Provider ensuring infrastructure solutions meet industry standards.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to fix sophisticated issues.
• Exhibit good interpersonal skills to optimally collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in designing and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
• Have a solid grasp of infrastructure security and compliance standard processes.
• Display the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Possess experience in developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Demonstrate the ability to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure seamlessly.
• Show a proactive approach to optimizing infrastructure to support business goals.
• Exhibit deep technical support and mentorship skills for team members and customers.
• Have experience in conducting performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Demonstrate the ability to work optimally in a hybrid work model with a day shift.

The annual salary for this position is between $[91,000 - 107,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
