Product Manager (On site)

Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Product Manager with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.

Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

Location: Denver, CO

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

• Act as a proxy between the client and offshore teams to communicate requirements.
• Provide detailed documentation regarding high-level user stories and specific sub-stories to offshore Development and QA teams.
• Understand the current and intended end-to-end customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with onshore Product Managers, Development, and QA teams to launch products and enhancements.
• Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify and optimize process improvements between onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop web-based products with a strong domain skill in the communications industry.

• 10 - 15 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and web development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred certifications in product management and scrum/agile practices.
