Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience in Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data management solutions ensuring data integrity and optimizing data processes. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data management requirements and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for data management and MDM architecture.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data management systems and processes.
• Identify and address data quality issues to improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on data management and MDM architecture.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and MDM architecture.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of data management processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs on data management and MDM architecture to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the companys overall data strategy and objectives by ensuring effective data management practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data management functional demonstrating a deep understanding of data processes and best practices.
• Proven expertise in MDM architecture with a strong track record of designing and implementing MDM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Stibo including hands-on experience with its implementation and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address data quality issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and MDM architecture.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs on data management and MDM architecture.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Commitment to ensuring data integrity and compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members on data management and MDM architecture.
• Proven track record of contributing to the companys overall data strategy and objectives.
