Advantage Resourcing is partnering with a leading solar manufacturing company in Tomball, TX, and we're looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their team. Pay: $22.00/hr - $27.00/hr (based on experience)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift)

As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for handling employee and manager inquiries, resolving issues, conducting investigations, and recommending corrective actions. Additional duties include managing recruitment and onboarding, conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating new hire orientations. You'll also support performance management activities such as performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans to foster employee growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or specialist. Knowledge of employment laws, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office is essential. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus, as well as experience with engagement and performance tools.
