Job Summary: The Fire Sprinkler Systems Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, management, and performance of Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) of fire sprinkler systems throughout the campus. This role includes scheduling, facilitating, and reporting on fire sprinkler service outages, as well as supporting Facility Operations staff in troubleshooting and performing corrective measures. The Coordinator will evaluate the current ITM program, develop plans to expand self-performed scope, reduce reliance on outside contractors, and manage staff and time edits. Additionally, the Coordinator will develop fire sprinkler capital repair plans, make recommendations for improvements, and coordinate/implement approved projects. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
