OverviewThe .NET Developer-Lead is a Team Lead. They are responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that impact web and mobile applications and provide guidance to team members. The .NET Developer-Lead will both originate and follow provided architect guidelines, team standards and industry standards to develop, test and support solutions. The .NET Developer-Lead will be accountable for solutioning high-complexity requirements on their own and socializing the solution to gain approval before implementing. The ability to effectively blaze a path to success is expected. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management, is essential. Qualifications

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
